that word, again

464kms!
so close to half way. :D

the key to it all has simply been - consistency ...
the walking, has now simply become a habit, never questioned  about whether to 'do it or not' and even on busy days, fitted in as a priority... with optimal health being the ultimate goal.
additional new and varied activities have been added in, slowly.
reaching a goal, any goal, is done, one small step at a time - large goals can be broken down to smaller goals where necessary...  but if you remain consistent in your focus, persistant, patient, the results, have no choice but to be successful ones.

7 may, day 127 - 3kms - total 424kms
8 may, day 128 - 6kms - total 430kms (hayman s&r, trails and hills 6kms)
9 may, day 129 - 3kms - total 433kms xtras balance
10 may, day 130 - 3kms - total 436kms xtras attack
11 may, day 131 - 3kms - total 439kms xtras p.t.
12 may, day 132 - 3kms - total 442kms (unwell, walk only)
13 may, day 133 - 3kms - total 445kms (unwell, walk only)
14 may, day 134 - 3kms - total 448kms (ses floodboat course)
15 may, day 135 - 3kms - total 451kms (ses floodboat course)
16 may, day 136 - 3kms - total 454kms
17 may, day 137 - 3kms - total 457kms xtras p.t.
18 may, day 138 - 3kms - total 460kms
19 may, day 139 - 3kms - total 463kms
