introducing - props!


the 2 little companions
tonight, stationery bike. 10kms. i headed out after pump class and joined andrew hopping on a bike alongside... he never shuts up though, i think the brain never switches off from male mode - in just half an hour he 'got a flat tyre', 'ran over a cat' and 'the hill was a beast' - quite the incessant and bizarre chatter comes from him! but he got through the 10k in 29:01! impressive for not having been on a bike in years - and he had the resistance level working pretty tough for him, no easy option.
the kids got restless so after bike he headed out into the rain with them on their scooters, for the 3km walk component ...

contact made when he arrived back home:
Andrew: *Made it back from the walk in one piece, with 2 kids in tow.... not sure how many i started with, though 10% loss is acceptable??*

a great effort andrew, hope the bum pulls up ok tomorrow!

(day totals: 3 km walk outside in the rain, 10kms stationery bike, gym 29:01 resistance level between 4 -5)
