sooooo close!

how absolutely awesome, andrew is only 3kms off reaching a 300km walking total for the year, and 1kg off losing 20kgs - all in 84 days!

it is starting to show physically compared to looking back at day one, but more important is andrews ownership to his health and the attitude to keep wanting to do more to keep improving ... it's amazing how just a small start in the right direction can give all sorts of positive changes to our lives that then keeps us moving forwards...
atop of balance (which he loves!) and pump, he has now had three p.t. sessions this past week, each one focusing on something different.
he has kept a food diary to see how his eating is going. in looking through it i am most impressed - changes still to be made, (mostly in the direction of *more*) but, it is nutrient dense!!!!!!! such great food choices! i will never forget the andrew of old who i used to see at the bakery eating pies! where's that andrew? :D  GONE. and never looking back again now!
all the changes, every adjustment, whilst under a little guidance, has come at andrews own personal progression and readiness, which gives such a great empowerment to himself as it is HIM, making his own choices, at his steady pace. what a great feeling.

15 march, day 74 - 3 kms - total 266kms xtras 'balance'
16 march, day 75 - 3 kms - total 269kms xtras pump (walk after 3km measure)
17 march, day 76 - 3 kms - total 272kms (prossy 3km measured for 3x3x3) xtras - rower
18 march, day 77 - 4 kms - total 276kms xtras first p.t. session
19 march, day 78 - 3 kms - total 279kms (bmx weekend in mackay)
20 march, day 79 - 3 kms - total 282kms (bmx weekend in mackay)
21 march, day 80 - 3 kms - total 285kms xtras balance
22 march, day 81 - 3 kms - total 288kms xtras second p.t. session,3kms walk, balance
23 march, day 82 - 3 kms - total 291kms xtras nil (ankle hurt/playing up)
24 march, day 83 - 3 kms - total 294kms xtras rower
25 march, day 84 - 3 kms - total 297kms xtras third p.t.session

tomorrow, the 300kms marker! w00t!
and next week, the goal, to reach that 20kg loss! i know you will.
