shoes found and back in action! |
andrew: 5.30pm
just out with the kids at the skatepark on my 3.01km walk :)
The pace setters ..... Aaargh |
At the halfway mark .... We now have 3 |
go and do all the 100metres you like - sprint them! jump them! hop them! they arent adding on unless they are part of a minimum three k though :D
told you. it's gonna be a tough journey... maybe i'm expecting more than just 'one step at a time' hype? :)
it's 3km at a time minus the 'bits'
headed to ses in proserpine tonight, boy did the rain pelt down. but it gave us a chance to catch up - well, at least on the way back.
the walks are going very well. plus andrew really is watching the food side of things. making conscious choices.
*tonight for dinner* a wrap full of greens and carrot (do i remember correctly?) - i suggested he needs perhaps some chicken or tuna or something though, a protein - at least until i start pushing becoming vegetarian when it will be beans instead :P (haha kidding, only by their choice would i take someone in that direction)the walks are going very well. plus andrew really is watching the food side of things. making conscious choices.
AND - the main point to mentioning ses training? normally at ses we have the opportunity to eat biccies or all manner of processed foods with coffee at the end, andrew took along a banana :D MOST impressive, even i dont do that!
losing weight really is about making deliberate positive choices and standing by them - being prepared, going prepared, when you know something else is going to be on offer that may become a temptation, - basically, really making a stand for yourself.
there is so much in that really - i mean, why - WHY would someone compromise their health for junk food?
another successful day...
